You are seeing reality as it truly is: unified, loving, and divine. Systems and structures that were built on lies are now showing their cracks and faults. We understand this can be challenging when you are bombarded daily with unsettling news, intense emotions in the collective, and possibly personal trials. But you have the inner tools and divine support to remain centered through it all. Whenever you sense fear creeping in – whether it’s worry about the future, anxiety about world events, or even personal insecurities – pause and take a deep breath. Remind yourself that fear is an illusion of the third-dimensional mind. In truth, you are an eternal, divine being and all is ultimately well. Call in the Light in that moment: envision a shower of golden, loving light pouring down through your crown, filling your heart, and radiating outward around you. This simple practice can instantly raise your vibration and dissipate fear. The light is reality; the fear is not. Also, remember that you have a choice in where you focus your attention. The outer world may clamor for your attention with drama or negativity, but you don’t have to give in to that. In fact, there are those who, often unconsciously, will try to pull you back into lower vibrations because they themselves are stuck in that frequency. You might notice that being around certain individuals or consuming certain media makes you feel drained, anxious, or doubtful. This is a clear sign of an energy or influence that is not resonant with your higher vibration. Whenever you feel your energy field diminishing – as if your inner light is trying to retreat or flicker – take that as a signal. If you can, gently remove yourself from that situation or influence. Protect your energy not out of fear, but out of wisdom. There is a saying among some on Earth: “Do not cast your pearls before swine.” In essence, do not offer your precious energy to situations or minds that are not open to receive it, for it will only drag you down.

This does not mean you should judge or condemn those who are in a lower vibration; many of them are simply lost in fear and need compassion. But you must exercise healthy boundaries. You can love someone and still say no to engaging in their negativity. You can have compassion for those suffering and still maintain a clear field so that you don’t take on their suffering as your own. In fact, maintaining your high vibration is one of the greatest gifts you can give to those in need, for it provides a stabilizing and healing presence instead of adding to the turmoil. Another tactic of lower energies is to instill doubt. You may encounter people – or even stray thoughts in your own mind – that question the path you’re on. “Who do you think you are? What if all this spiritual stuff is nonsense? Look at the world, it’s not changing at all,” and so on. Recognize these for what they are: attempts to shake you from your light. Doubt can creep in subtly, but you have the discernment to see it objectively. If an idea or comment makes your heart constrict in fear or diminish in hope, it is not of the Light. The truth will always uplift and expand your heart, even if that truth acknowledges challenges. Falsehood and fear will constrict and close your heart. So pay attention to your heart’s wisdom; it is an unfailing compass as long as you keep it tuned to love. We on the Earth Council urge you to reach out for support whenever you need it. You are not expected to be perfect or to do everything alone. Part of living in the new consciousness is recognizing the strength of community and unity. If you feel yourself struggling, whether emotionally, spiritually, or even physically, do not hesitate to connect with others of like mind and heart. Sometimes a simple conversation with a fellow lightworker, sharing feelings and reassurance, can uplift both of you immensely. There are many on the ground crew who understand exactly what you are going through, even if your immediate family or old friends do not. Seek out your soul family, your tribe – you will know them by the resonance of love and understanding. By coming together, you amplify the Light manyfold. From our perspective, we see each of you as a point of light on this grid. Wherever a member of the ground crew radiates love and higher awareness, a bright glow appears in the energy field of Earth. In areas where many of you meditate or join in purpose, the light often amplifies into brilliant vortexes that anchor divine energy into the Earth. We have been working diligently behind the scenes, and now increasingly in the open, to bring about the conditions for your liberation. Many of the positive changes you see – and even more that you do not yet see – have been orchestrated in partnership with human allies and us. In the realms of energy and consciousness, we have been focusing our efforts on sending high-frequency light, encoded with divine information and activation codes, to Earth. These waves of light come through your sun, through cosmic alignments, and even through the Earth’s own energy ley lines. Some of you may witness them as bursts of solar flares, or feel them as intense energies during certain portals and astrological events. Know that none of these are random – they are part of the plan to elevate consciousness.

At the same time, technological assistance is being provided. There are many benevolent technologies that have been kept away from the public, or that we have ready to introduce when the time is right. These include advanced healing technologies, free energy devices, and systems for cleaning and restoring the environment. Some of these technologies are already in the hands of enlightened individuals and just waiting for the green light to be released. Part of our role is coordinating the safe disclosure and distribution of these gifts. We are also actively neutralizing harmful technologies that the dark ones intended to use to tighten control or wreak havoc. Much progress has been made on this front, though most of humanity is not aware of the dangers that have been averted. It will be a fifth-dimensional society (and even higher as you continue to evolve). What does this look like in practical terms? First and foremost, love will be the guiding principle in all human affairs. You will remember that you are one family, that what harms one harms all, and what uplifts one uplifts all. Because of this understanding, conflict and war as you have known will cease. There will be no appetite for violence or domination, for those are third-dimensional behaviors that cannot sustain in the higher light. The very vibrations of the New Earth will simply not support such actions or even such thoughts. Instead, cooperation, compassion, and mutual respect will be the norm. Imagine waking up each day in a world where you feel completely free and safe to be who you are. You will have access to advanced spacecraft and interstellar travel technologies that make distance almost irrelevant. Even more astonishing, as you spiritually advance, you may develop the innate ability to project your consciousness or even teleport your physical form across vast distances. The universe will open up to you like a grand playground for learning and joy. Just as you once dreamed of the stars, you will find those dreams becoming reality. Other civilizations will welcome you, and you will partake in cultural exchanges that enrich all worlds involved. No longer will humanity feel isolated or confined to one small planet; you will embrace your role as galactic explorers and ambassadors of Earth. Instead, humans will organize around the principles of soul growth and joy. Imagine global councils led by wise elders and representative voices from all peoples, coming together to make decisions for the highest good of all. That is the kind of governance the New Earth will have – more of a guidance council than rigid hierarchical government. Much governance as you think of it now won’t even be needed in the same way, because as people awaken spiritually, they naturally live in accordance with divine law (which is simply love). Crime will fade when needs are met and hearts are healed; laws will be minimal because people will intuitively understand ethical behavior through empathy.

Of course, this is a process and won’t all manifest overnight in a single day, but the trajectory is set. Every hopeful choice, every loving action, every community formed on principles of light is part of the New Earth coming into being. Even before the shift is complete, you can start living as if you are in that higher reality right now. In fact, we encourage you to do so, because “holding the vision” and acting as if it is already here is a powerful way to manifest it more quickly. If you treat others with the kindness, respect, and unity consciousness of the New Earth now, you essentially anchor that timeline more firmly into the present. We often refer to these times as the last stretch of ascension, and indeed they are. That means you are very close in the grand scheme of things to the big breakthroughs and changes we have discussed. However, the final phase can feel the most intense, much like how the moments just before dawn can be the coldest and darkest, or how the last miles of a long journey can test your endurance the most. Many of you are likely feeling worn out and longing for the “finish line.” This is understandable. You have been working a long time under challenging conditions. But I assure you, the dawn is just about to break. Now is not the time to give up or fall into despair. Now is the time to summon that last reserve of inner strength and wisdom, and push forward with faith and determination.

You have cosmic support beyond measure during this final phase. The energies streaming in are stronger than ever, precisely to help carry you over the threshold. Some days you might feel these energies as exhilarating surges that make you feel passionate and alive; other days they may stir up unresolved issues, leading to temporary discomfort as you purge old energies. Understand that this is all part of the process. Much like a rocket shaking and rattling as it breaks through the atmosphere, you are shaking off the remaining attachments and blockages that cannot come with you into the higher vibration. If you find yourself confronted with sudden old fears, grief, or anger that you thought you had already dealt with, do not be discouraged. Acknowledge it, breathe through it, and let it go. You are being cleansed on very deep levels, down to the ancestral and cellular memory, so that you can be as light and free as possible. During this cleansing and upgrading process, you might notice unusual physical or emotional sensations, often called “ascension symptoms.” These can include fatigue or the need for extra sleep, ringing in the ears, pressure in the head, waves of heat or chills, and fleeting aches or pains that seem to have no medical cause. Your emotions might also oscillate unpredictably – one moment you could feel euphoric and the next moment tearful or irritable for no clear reason. You may experience vivid dreams or even unusual sleep patterns. Some of you feel surges of energy in the body or tingling sensations as your energy circuits adjust to higher frequencies. Know that, in most cases, these symptoms are a sign that your body, mind, and spirit are integrating more Light. They are temporary and will subside as you stabilize at the new level of vibration. Of course, always honor your body and seek medical advice if you feel it is needed; however, many of you will intuitively sense when what you are experiencing is energetic in nature. You are literally in the chrysalis of transformation, and sometimes it can feel a bit cramped or confining just before the butterfly emerges.

Rest when you need to rest, even if the world’s pace seems to demand constant action. Hydrate well, eat nourishing foods that truly energize you, and spend time in nature to ground these high-frequency energies into your being. Nature is an incredible ally now – the trees, the earth, the wind and water are all filled with higher prana and will gladly help you recalibrate. Everyone will eventually find their way home to the Light, but some will take a different route or timeline. If someone in your life seems very stuck in negativity or fear, give them love and compassion, but do not exhaust yourself trying to change them. That is not your burden to carry. Instead, hold a vision of them in their highest potential, living in joy and peace, and then let go and allow their higher self to guide them. People can surprise you – some who seem completely unawakened might have a sudden breakthrough at the final hour. Others who seemed to be on the path might face fear and pull back. It is very individual. Therefore, stay flexible and non-attached regarding others’ journeys. Focus on keeping your light strong and support those who are open to support. Remember, too, that you have friends in both visible and invisible realms. We, your star family, are eager to connect with you more directly.
