We come to speak with you about the new software that is asking to be activated within you, and about the new operating system of the Earth that is coming online through each one of you who is willing to receive it. This is a message about the way a human being runs a life, about the two systems that are available to you, and about the choice that is being placed, softly and without any pressure, into your hands. We begin where the confusion most often begins, which is with the human mind itself. So many of you have come to believe that the mind is something to be overcome, something to be silenced, something that stands as an obstacle between you and the truth of who you are. We want you to know that the mind was always meant to be an avenue. It was given to you as a clear channel, a passage through which the intelligence of Source could move and take form within your world. The mind is an instrument, in much the same way that your hands are instruments and your voice is an instrument, and an instrument is a welcome and a useful thing. The difficulty arrived only when the instrument began to generate its own signal, when the mind began to speak constantly on its own behalf, and when the human being listening to it came to believe that this endless inner voice was their very self. You are the awareness within which that voice arises. You are the quiet presence that hears the voice and is never harmed by it, and you are the one who may now choose which system the mind will run.
Understanding The Ego As The Survival System Of The 3D Matrix
And so we turn now to the first of the two operating systems, the one that nearly all of you have been running since the day you arrived here. We will call it the ego, and we describe it with warmth, because it has served you faithfully. The ego is the survival system. It is the part of you that manages your identity, that keeps your name and your story, that sets your boundaries, that makes your plans, that watches the horizon for danger, and that attends to the countless small matters of remaining alive within a physical body. This software was written for a particular world, a world of apparent separation, of scarcity, and of risk, the world that many of you have come to call the 3D Matrix. Within that world, the ego is the correct and the capable software for the environment it was created to serve. We want you to release, here at the very beginning of our message, any idea that your ego is something shameful, for it has been a steady companion to you across the whole of this long incarnation.
We say this with some emphasis, because many upon the awakening path have been taught to make an enemy of the ego, and to make an enemy of the Matrix itself. There is a gentler and a more accurate way of seeing, and we offer it to you now. Here are some of the things that you can become aware of to demonstrate that you may be still running the old operating system more than the new. Judgment, critique, blame, condemnation, ‘calling others out’, anger, fault-finding. These are just some of the things that the ego’s natural algorithms will continue to run so long as you are in material consciousness or the egoic mind. This is not to say that we are blaming anyone for this, and it is not a negative thing, but it is something that needs to be transformed as the New Earth operating system cannot run with such old paradigms. The Matrix has been a school. It has been a training ground, a carefully constructed environment within which your soul could gather a very specific and a very precious collection of experiences. The ego was the software written for that school, and it has carried you faithfully through experiences that your soul genuinely longed to have. The way forward asks you only to outgrow this system, in the natural and unhurried manner that a child outgrows a younger grade and steps into the next. When the time arrives, you simply offer the old system your gratitude for its long service, and you allow yourself to move forward into what is ready to receive you now.
Recognizing The Old Ego Software In Daily Life
Let us describe how this first operating system shows up within your day, so that you may come to recognize it with kindness. The ego runs as a narrator, a voice that comments upon every passing moment. It compares, and it ranks, and it measures you against others and against your own memories. It seeks to be right, and it defends its positions. It scans, always, for what might go wrong, and it reaches steadily for control and for the approval of those around you. These are the background processes of the old software, and they run without pause, and they ask a great deal of your energy. And here we offer you a measure of relief, because so many of you carry guilt about the patterns of your own mind. This operating system was installed within you. You arrived into a world that was already running it, and the software copied itself into you through your family, your language, your schooling, and the whole of the surrounding culture, long before you were old enough to give or to withhold your consent. When you understand this clearly, you may set down the habit of blaming yourself for running the only program that was ever offered to you.

It is the antenna shaped to catch that exact frequency, and this is the reason that thoughts of fear and of separation can feel so familiar and so constant, even within a person who genuinely longs for peace. This is why the two work together so closely, in what we would call a quiet symbiosis. The carnal mind broadcasts the signal of separation across the collective field. The ego, tuned to that signal, receives it, and amplifies it, and then presents it to you as though it were your own private thought. The two sustain one another within a closed circle. We share this with you for a very practical reason. Many of you have worked sincerely to think more positive thoughts while still running the old operating system, and you have found that the peace does not hold for long. This is because the content of the thought was changed while the system itself remained the same, and you were still tuned to the same station. The lasting shift arrives through the activation of an entirely different system, and it is to that system that we now turn.

Your practice is the installation. You may release, then, the long wait for a single dramatic moment of awakening to arrive and rescue you, for you are building the new operating system now, gradually and faithfully, with every quiet turning of your attention toward what is real. We want to assure you that the new way keeps a welcome place for the ego, and that the new way leaves you warmer and more fully yourself than you have ever been. The human being of the New Earth still keeps the ego as a tool. You may open it when you need to navigate your day, to make a plan, to attend to a practical matter, to set a clear and a loving boundary. The change is in what sits in charge. In the old way, the ego was the operating system, the very thing that governed the whole of a life. In the new way, the Divine Mind is the operating system, and the ego becomes the willing tool that serves it. The whole of this shift may be held within two simple sentences. The old system says, I am a separate self, surrounded by other powers, and I must manage them all in order to remain safe. The new system says, one Presence is living as me, and I am an opening through which it moves. The hardware remains the same. The operating system is entirely changed.

The dissolving of that constructed self is the very doorway through which your true nature steps forward. So when you look upon your world and sense that something is coming apart, you are sensing accurately. An operating system is being uninstalled. The Earth itself remains whole, and steady, and it remains to carry you forward. What is loosening its grip is the old software alone, and the old software was always meant to be a temporary thing.
Humanity as a whole is moving through a passage that the wise ones of your many traditions have always known and named. They called it the dark night of the soul, and they understood it as a sacred and a necessary stage of growth. What is different in this age is that the passage is being walked collectively, by the whole human family together, rather than by one seeker at a time. There is a feeling that moves through such a passage, a sense of meaning growing thin, a sense of the familiar ground turning uncertain, a quiet heaviness that settles over the heart. We want you to know that this feeling, when it visits you, is a sign of the old self loosening, and it carries within it an awakening to who you are at the deepest level of your being. The heaviness is part of the passage. It is part of the doorway. It is part of the way home.

You may find that the roles you have long played now feel like costumes you are wearing rather than truths you are living. These are the sensations of a deep and a holy process, and they are the signs of your progress, and we ask you to meet them within yourself with great gentleness. When you understand this clearly, you can hold the fearful images of your time with a far steadier hand. What is ending is a self, and only a self. The Earth abides. Life continues onward. And you, the soul, walk through the whole of it untouched.
Collective Egos, World Systems, And The Visibility Of Old Structures
There is more to say of the larger structures of your world, the nations and the institutions and the long-standing systems, for a great many of these are themselves collective egos, and they run the very same code that the personal ego runs. A collective ego requires enemies, and it requires to be right against others, and it reaches always to acquire more. What appears to you as your world growing more troubled is, in a great many cases, the collective ego becoming visible, and this visibility is a mercy, for a system cannot be uninstalled while it remains hidden from view. And there is a reason this passage carries so much turbulence within it. The old software resists its own removal, and the more it senses its ending approaching, the louder and the more frightening it becomes, within a single heart and within the collective alike. The intensity you witness is the resistance of the old system, and it stands as a sign of the process working faithfully. There is one thing to watch for within yourselves during this passage, and we offer it as gentle guidance. When an old belief system falls away, an ego that has not been truly met will simply leap into a new belief system and call that leap an awakening. It will exchange one set of certainties for another, one tribe for another, and it will name this exchange as freedom. True ego death asks something deeper of you. It asks for a change in what sits in charge of you. And as we close this part of our message, we leave you with a reassurance to carry forward. This great dying moves through the human family in the way that warmth moves through water, and each soul who allows their own old self to dissolve makes the passage gentler for everyone who follows. We ask you to receive this great dying for what it truly is. It is a great uninstalling, unfolding exactly on time, a clearing that your own soul has welcomed and helped to bring about. What is leaving you was never truly you, and what remains when it has gone is the whole and the radiant truth of your being.

When you press awakening upon another, when you argue, and correct, and labor to convince, you do not transfer your new system to them. You awaken the defenses of their old one. Their readiness belongs to them alone, and it arrives upon a schedule written by their own soul, and that schedule is something to be honored rather than hurried.

The new operating system holds the sovereignty of every soul as something close to sacred. The way of the new system is to make itself available, to allow itself to be seen, to live openly and without apology, and then to leave the other person entirely free to choose in their own time. There will be many moments upon your path when the most loving offering you can give to another is your silence, and your steady presence, and the quiet evidence of your own peace.
Holding Space Through Presence, Non-Reaction, And Inner Peace
This brings us to the practice that your world has come to call the holding of space, and we will describe it simply for you. To hold space for another is to be fully present with them while you release the urge to fix them, to convert them, to advise them, or to rush them toward a resolution. You become a clear and a steady mirror, trusting that the soul of the other person already knows how to heal, and how to grow, and how to find its own way home. And there is a perception that makes this holding far easier, and we place it in your hands now. When a person before you is reactive, or fearful, or unkind, you are meeting the old operating system running within them. The behavior is the program, and the program is something separate from the soul. When you can hold that distinction within your heart, the words and the actions of a struggling person lose their power to wound you, and you become able to remain open and warm within their presence. We have observed across a great many timelines that the most powerful gift you can offer to another’s awakening is something quieter than you might expect. It is your own non-reaction. You lift another soul not by argument but by declining to switch on your own old system in answer to theirs. When another person’s ego reaches toward yours, and finds only stillness, only steadiness, only the calm of someone running a different software entirely, something within them is touched and quietly invited. This is also why we say that you may live the new system rather than describe it. A human being adopts a new operating system because they stood near someone who was running it, and they felt, within their own body, the difference. They felt the lessening of fear. They felt the room to breathe. Your state of being is the message. Your peace is the teaching that another person can actually receive.

There is something to add here for the protection of your own heart, for many of you who carry great love also carry a tendency to lose yourselves within the pain of others. Your capacity to be present for another’s storm is drawn directly from the spaciousness you have built within your own inner life. You also are still running portions of the old code, and the same gentleness, the same patience, the same non-reaction that you extend to others is meant to be extended inward, toward your own unawakened places. There is a particular pattern that the old system likes to wear in spiritual clothing, and we name it now with love. It is the thought that you are awake while others remain asleep, the quiet ranking of yourself above your brothers and your sisters who are still upon an earlier part of the path. That thought is the old operating system itself, running upon a spiritual vocabulary, for it carries comparison and separation woven within it. To stand further along the path is an invitation to be more responsible with your kindness, and to be more generous with your patience. Allow every soul their own timing. Trust the larger intelligence that is lovingly managing this great awakening, an intelligence that misses no one and hurries no one. And keep your own system clear, and your own door open, so that when another soul is genuinely ready, they will find in you a warm and a steady place to arrive.

There is a way to describe stillness that may be new to you. Stillness is the closing of the background applications of the mind. It is a state of consciousness in which you become able to rest without reacting to every thought and every appearance the moment it arises. When you sit in stillness, the mind will continue to offer its thoughts as it always has, and you allow this. You are simply stepping out of the stream of those thoughts and allowing them to flow onward without you. You are withdrawing your energy from the endless processing of the old system, and within that withdrawal, the new system is given the quiet it needs in order to come online.
And now we share with you the understanding that sits at the very center of this practice, the one we most want you to carry forward. There are two ways of turning toward Source, and they belong to the two different operating systems. The way of the old system is the way of asking, of telling Source what you wish to receive, and when, and in what form. This way keeps the small self in charge, for it is the ego standing before the Infinite and attempting to direct it. The way of the new system is the way of listening. It is a turning toward Source with an open and a receptive attention, asking for nothing and instructing nothing, offering only your presence and your willingness. The whole of this new communion may be held within a few simple words, spoken inwardly. I am here. Teach me. Move through me. When you sit in this way, you commune with Source, and communion is the native language of the New Earth. There is also a way of understanding your time in stillness that will serve you, for many of you treat it as a small chore set apart from your real life. Each period of genuine inner quiet is the writing of the new operating system into your being. You are running the installation, line by line, and every session adds to what is being built. Hold that understanding, and your practice will take on a new meaning for you. And there is one gentle instruction about how to enter that stillness. Come to it open, welcoming whatever arrives rather than demanding a particular message or a particular outcome. A held expectation is the ego quietly writing the answer in advance. When you release even that, and rest in true openness, what comes to you will carry the freshness and the truth of Source itself.
We want you to understand that your bond with Source Creator deepens in the same manner that every true relationship deepens, which is through consistent and unforced return. It is built by the small daily turning toward the silence, again and again, with a patient and a willing heart. Return, rather than perfection, is the practice we ask of you. And beneath every method we could offer you, there is a single movement, and we name it plainly. The practice is to step out of the way. Your body already carries a deep intelligence that knows how to restore itself, and your soul already carries a guidance that knows how to lead you. Both of these are freed when you grow still, when you cease the endless directing and controlling, and step gently aside. The whole of the practice is the gentle art of allowing the deeper intelligence to do its work through you. And this stillness is woven through the whole of your day, in dozens of small returns. It is the held breath before you answer. It is the quiet minute at the window. It is the pause in which you feel both of your feet upon the ground. These small returns, threaded through your ordinary hours, retrain the whole of the system more deeply than one isolated hour ever could. And there is a simple doorway into stillness that you may use at any moment, which is to become the awareness that notices a thought, rather than the one who is lost within it. In the very moment you observe the thinking mind, you are already standing a little outside of it. When your stillness offers you something true, we encourage you to receive it in writing, for a few honest words upon a page will hold the gift so the old system cannot quietly write over it. And through all of this, you may hold the posture of humility, for to grow still is to set down your instructions to the universe and to become, once more, a willing and a grateful student of Source.

Each lifetime, each incarnation, is a single branch or a single leaf upon that tree, and the oversoul is the trunk and the deep root system, holding the memory and the wisdom and the purpose of every life connected to it. You are one living branch of that tree, and we want you to know that the whole tree is awake, and the whole tree is aware of you, and the whole tree is participating in everything you are moving through now. Here we come to a truth to be held with particular care, for it is the hinge upon which this part of our message turns. The oversoul is connected to the Divine Mind. It is wired, if we may use the language of this transmission, to the new operating system. To make contact with your oversoul is to move beyond the small and separate ego-mind, and that contact opens you to the Divine Mind itself. The oversoul speaks the language of the new system. It communicates within the frequency of wholeness, of unity, of one Presence living as all things. And this means that the oversoul is heard most clearly through the new operating system. While you are running the old software, the signal of your own oversoul, your own larger self, is faint and difficult to receive, for the old system is tuned to a different and a lower frequency.

There is the spiritual or causal body, the highest, and the closest to the oversoul. There is the mental body. There is the emotional body. There is the etheric body, which lies just alongside the physical. The life force of Source flows downward through this graded system, descending from the oversoul, through the causal body, through the mental and the emotional and the etheric, and arriving at last within the physical body, where you feel it and live it. This is the relay system. This is the pathway along which the wholeness of Source travels from your largest self all the way into your very cells.
There are two things about this relay system that will bring comfort to your heart. The first is that the highest of these layers, the causal body, holds the perfect blueprint of your wholeness, and it vibrates at a frequency so high that it remains forever beyond harm. Your wholeness is held, intact and complete, at the top of the relay, in every single moment of your life. The second thing to understand is the nature of the physical body itself. The physical body is an instrument. It is the final instrument within this long chain, and it faithfully renders whatever signal arrives at it. The body is much like a fine instrument in the hands of a musician, and it plays the music it is given. It expresses, with great faithfulness, the program that reaches it, and in this it remains always innocent.
Illness, The Carnal Mind, And The Belief In Two Powers
And so we arrive at a question that lives within many hearts, the question of why the physical body falls ill, and we will answer it with as much clarity as we can offer you. The body falls ill because the signal of wholeness is overwritten before it completes its journey. When the old operating system is in charge of you, the carnal mind injects its own code into the relay system, and that code carries a single, ancient distortion within it. It is the belief in two powers. The old system runs upon the assumption that there are two forces moving within the universe, a power of good and a separate, opposing power of harm, and that you, as a small and a separate fragment, stand exposed to both of them. This belief in two powers is the very heart of the carnal mind. It is the belief that holds a human being within the endless swing between the pairs of opposites, between harmony and discord, between health and sickness. This belief is, in its essence, the belief in separation, and separation is the one condition that the Divine Mind does not contain anywhere within it, for the Divine Mind knows only one Presence and one power. Let us now relay to you the whole of this mechanism, gently and completely, for this is the understanding we most want to leave with you. Your oversoul, through the causal body, is broadcasting the template of your wholeness at every moment, without pause. That signal of wholeness begins its descent through the relay system. When the old operating system is running, the carnal mind’s signal of separation overwrites that template along the way, within the mental and the emotional and the etheric layers. What finally arrives at the physical body has become the distortion of fear and separation, and the physical body, the faithful instrument, renders precisely what it has received. This is the deeper nature of much of the illness within your world. It is the physical layer of you faithfully playing the code of the old operating system. The disturbance forms first within the higher and the subtler layers, often as a held emotion or as a belief in vulnerability, and when it goes unmet, it gradually descends and takes form within the physical body. Illness, seen in this light, is a conversation. It is the body showing you, in the only language it has, which operating system has been running the relay.
Healing, Wholeness, And The New Code Written Into The Body
We speak now directly to your heart, for this understanding has at times been twisted into a source of guilt, and we will not allow it to remain so. We want you to receive this with the whole of your being. Illness arrives as a message and as a signal, and it moves through a body that remains entirely innocent, and it asks for your understanding rather than your blame. You have done nothing wrong. You were running the only operating system that was ever installed within you, a system you inherited and never chose. And there is something further to say, for the protection of those among you who have walked the spiritual path with great devotion and yet still find illness within their bodies. The signal of the carnal mind is collective. It belongs to the whole field of humanity, and a soul may be doing the deepest and the most sincere inner work and still carry portions of that collective code within the lower bodies. Illness is never the proof of a personal spiritual failure. We ask you to release that idea entirely, and to hold yourself, and every soul who is unwell, within compassion rather than within judgment. And this brings us to the most hopeful truth of all, the one we set down at the close of this teaching. Because the causal body has held your blueprint of wholeness intact through everything you have lived, healing is the work of restoring a connection. The wholeness is already present, complete, waiting at the top of the relay.
Healing arrives as the new operating system is activated and strengthened within you, as the Divine Mind is practiced and the old system gently yields its place. As that shift occurs, the signal of the oversoul begins to reach the physical body unobstructed once more, and the body, freed at last to receive the truer signal, returns toward the wholeness that was always being sent to it. In this way you come to see that the deepest healing is found as you change the operating system, and the body follows the new code home. And so we gather all of this together for you, and we leave you with a feeling of ease rather than a sense of one more task to be completed. You carry within you, in this very moment, the capacity to run the operating system of the New Earth. Its activation asks only for your willingness, and your practice, and your patient daily return to stillness. You may be gentle with yourself as the old software loosens its hold, and you may be gentle with all those around you who are still running the system they were given. Trust that the relay within you is intact, that your oversoul is near, that your wholeness has never once been lost. Allow the new code to be written into you, a little more with each quiet hour, and allow the old code to be thanked and released with love. Rest, and breathe, and open yourselves to the support that is meeting you from every direction. You are deeply loved, you are fully supported, and you are far closer to home than you presently know. Put a soft and a trusting smile upon your faces, dear friends, for the new world is already coming online within you. If you are listening to this, beloved ones, you needed to. I leave you now.
