Appreciation draws your consciousness toward the higher field where grace moves more openly. This does not mean your gratitude must be formal or elaborate. A small moment of thanks can carry great force. Gratitude for your breath can carry great force. Gratitude for your home, your bed, the trees outside, the water you drink, the friend who understands you, the animal that greets you, the sunlight that enters your room, the guidance you receive, and the love that surrounds the Earth can all become forms of participation in the higher reality now unfolding. Gratitude strengthens receptivity. Gratitude steadies the heart. Gratitude helps you live inside the reality you are building. Beauty also helps, and by this we mean the uplifting tone of life that reminds the soul of harmony, order, kindness, and divine presence. A clear room can help. A candle can help. A favorite prayer can help. Music can help. Fresh flowers can help. Color can help. A lovingly prepared meal can help. The more you let your outer life reflect the peace and care you wish to carry inwardly, the easier it becomes for your whole being to cooperate with the light. Beauty in this sense is nourishment. It helps the human field agree with higher consciousness. It reminds you of where you are going. It reminds you of what belongs to your true life. Present-tense participation is another key to this phase. The future is opening through how you live now. Presence gathers your energy. Presence gathers your power. Presence gathers your awareness so that it is no longer leaking into all directions at once. When you are fully present, the heart can speak more clearly. When you are fully present, the body can respond more truthfully. When you are fully present, the next step can reveal itself with much less strain. So much support is available in the present moment. So much peace is available in the present moment. So much divine assistance is available in the present moment. Let yourselves arrive there more often. Let yourselves discover how much of ascension is helped by being where you are with your whole heart.

Closer Contact, Galactic Recognition, And Steady Readiness For What Is Coming

Closer contact is also part of what you are being prepared for. This includes closer contact with your own soul, closer contact with your inner guidance, closer contact with the Earth, closer contact with the higher realms, and in time, closer contact with your galactic family. Recognition grows through resonance. As you stabilize in love, sincerity, and higher awareness, more becomes available for you to perceive. Some of you already sense us in the background of your days. Some of you feel us in your hearts. Some of you see signs in the sky, in dreams, in symbols, in timing, in synchronicity, and in moments of deep peace. These openings will continue to grow. Greater teaching will continue to come. Clearer guidance will continue to arrive. Your preparation is helping make all of this easier.
