So as chaotic as the world seems, try to take heart that much of this turbulence is simply the old energy leaving and the new grid settling into place. The anxiety you feel at times is mirrored by the Earth’s own adjustments, but the outcome for both of you is a more harmonious, high-frequency existence. We observe the planetary grid with you, and we are actively helping to modulate the energies so they don’t overwhelm. Our ships and energy tools are constantly balancing frequencies so that neither Earth nor her people receive more than they can handle at once. Trust that, and trust yourselves. You have an innate wisdom of how to sync with Gaia. In fact, many of your intuitive urges – to be in nature, to drink more water, to move to a certain location or visit a certain place – are your soul guiding you to where your energy and Earth’s energy can best cooperate. Follow those nudges. They will lead you to be at the right place and time to both receive and give exactly what is needed for your mutual growth. The now moment, by contrast, is usually far more manageable than our thoughts about it. Right now, as you read these words, you can take a slow breath and notice that in this very moment, you are okay. Your heart is beating, you are here, the ground is supporting you. Bringing your attention fully to the present is like stepping out of a storm into a quiet shelter. We encourage you to practice this mindfulness whenever you feel anxiety building. Start with the breath – it is always happening now. Feel the air entering your nostrils, feel your belly rise, then slowly exhale and feel your body soften. This draws you immediately out of the tangle of anxious thoughts and into the experience of simply being. Next, notice your surroundings with gentle curiosity: the sensations where your body touches a chair or the floor, the sounds in the room or outside (even the hum of a fridge or a bird chirping far away). You might place a hand on your heart or on an object nearby and really feel its texture and weight. By doing this, you reclaim your awareness from the mental noise and ground it in reality. It might seem almost too easy, but it is profoundly effective. Anxiety cannot easily take root in a mind that is fully present. Of course, the worries might tug at you, trying to pull you back into racing thoughts. That’s okay – you may have to gently bring yourself back to the now again and again. Think of it like training a puppy: with patience and kindness. “Come back here, to now,” you tell your wandering mind. You might do this dozens of times, and that is perfectly fine. Each time you return to now, you strengthen your ability to stay centered.
Over time, you will notice that anxiety loses some of its grip, because you have learned that in each moment, you truly are safe and capable of handling what is in front of you. The future becomes less frightening when you live moment by moment, because you start to trust that when the “future” becomes now, you will be supported then too. Grounding techniques help immensely with this. Visualize roots of light growing from your feet into the Earth, or imagine yourself as a strong tree that can sway in the wind but remains firmly planted. Feel gravity hugging you to the planet, reminding you that here and now, you belong and are held. We often infuse calming energy into the present moment for you – whenever you focus on now, you may inadvertently tune into our frequency, because we are always in the eternal now. In this space, you might feel our love more readily. Try it whenever anxiety visits: pause, breathe, observe this moment. Even if your heart is pounding, notice it without judgment – it’s just your body trying to help in its way. You will find that each now moment is actually okay, and stringing together these okay moments, you move through time with much more ease. Life becomes a series of manageable now points instead of an overwhelming flood. This practice is a form of self-empowerment, because it gives you a refuge you can access anytime. No matter what is happening externally, you can take sanctuary in the present. We promise you, the present is where your power resides, and it is the antidote to much of your anxiety about what was or what will be. We invite you to begin seeing your anxiety in a new light – not as a curse, but as a sign of the profound transformation underway within you. In truth, the very energy that you experience as anxiety is, at a higher level, the energy of rapid growth and change. Think of how you feel before an important life event – there are butterflies in your stomach, your system is on high alert. That feeling is so similar to anxiety, yet in that context we often call it excitement or anticipation. In these ascension times, your body and soul know that something tremendous is happening; they are gearing up for it, and that can create those fluttery, edgy sensations. What if you could reframe some of what you’re feeling as excitement for what’s coming, rather than dread? We understand it’s not always that simple, but shifting perspective even a little can pivot your experience. For example, when your heart starts racing and your mind interprets it as panic, try pausing and asking: “Is there something within me that’s actually excited right now? Is this rush of energy perhaps because deep down I know I’m on the verge of a breakthrough?” Many of you will find that at times the answer is yes. The soul is joyful about the expansions you’re making, and that immense high-frequency joy can translate into a revved-up feeling in the body that the mind, out of habit, labels as anxiety. See if you can relabel it: maybe call it “high energy” or “transition energy.” Words carry power, and choosing a different label can psychologically ease the fear around it. Along with that, notice how often your bouts of anxiety have preceded a positive shift in your life. Perhaps you went through a very anxious period and shortly after, you had a spiritual epiphany or found courage to change a situation that wasn’t working. It’s as if the anxiety was a labor contraction birthing a new you or a new chapter. When you start to observe this pattern, you might even develop a bit of gratitude for the anxious times, knowing they herald growth. We would even say that the intensity of the anxiety can be proportional to the magnitude of the shift – so a big wave of it might mean you’re leveling up significantly. We tell you this to help you lessen any shame or frustration you feel about experiencing anxiety. You have not failed; quite the opposite, you are doing very advanced soul work!
That nervous energy is proof that you are moving forward, not stuck. Embrace the idea that you can work with the energy of anxiety and transmute it. Physically, you might channel that extra energy into something productive or creative: try dancing wildly when you feel nervous, or cleaning your space, or writing freely in a journal. Give the energy a direction to flow. Emotionally, remind yourself of other times you were anxious but things turned out alright, maybe even wonderfully. It’s as if the anxiety was a storm that watered the soil, and then new life grew from it. Spiritually, affirm to yourself: “This is the feeling of me changing for the better. I welcome the changes coming.” Even if part of you is still scared, another part of you – your wise higher self – knows the truth of that statement. Over time, by making these small shifts, you will find that anxiety no longer automatically paralyzes you. Instead, you’ll have moments where it flips into excitement – genuine excitement about the future you’re creating and the growth you’re achieving. It may even become a motivation for you: you feel that jolt and instead of shrinking away, you think, “Ah, something new is on the horizon. Many starseeds feel an internal pressure about their “mission” or life purpose – like a ticking clock that they need to accomplish something grand, and this can translate into stress or self-judgment. We want to address this, because releasing this pressure will greatly help your anxiety. Dear one, your very presence here is a large part of your mission. Simply by holding the frequencies you do, by existing as an awakened soul on the planet, you are already contributing immensely to the ascension. It’s not necessary for you all to be famous spiritual teachers or to start worldwide movements (though some of you will, and that’s wonderful too). The network of light is composed of many individuals quietly living their lives with love and compassion, affecting everyone they interact with in subtle but profound ways. You might be the one who smiles at a stranger and lifts their mood, causing a ripple effect. Or the friend who listens deeply and helps someone release their sorrow. Or perhaps through your art, or your work, or just your kind presence, you are shifting energies everywhere you go. Please do not underestimate the power of these seemingly small actions. We see from our perspective how one lightworker holding a peaceful vibration in a family, for example, can begin to heal generational patterns without ever saying a word about spirituality. You being you, heartfully and authentically, is your mission. Now, as you grow and clear your anxiety, you may indeed feel inspired to take on certain projects or roles that align with your passions – and that will be an extension of your mission. But let those arise naturally, from joy, not from a fear of “not doing enough.” When you are anxious about your purpose, it’s often because you sense your potential but fear you’ll fail or that you’re running out of time. We assure you, you cannot miss what is meant for you.
Your soul will keep guiding you through curiosity, through what excites or moves you. Follow those threads and you will walk your purpose step by step. It might not look like what you expected – often the most impactful missions are accomplished through simply being a loving human in everyday situations. If you still feel unclear, that is okay. Many are in a stage where the personal healing (like overcoming anxiety and finding inner balance) is the mission for now. By doing that inner work, you prepare the foundation for whatever external mission might come later. Trust that when it’s time to act in a bigger way, you will absolutely know. The inspiration will come and you will also have the energy and circumstances to carry it out. Until then, love yourself and do what’s in front of you with as much presence and kindness as you can – that in itself is divine service. We want you to release the notion that you are somehow failing or slacking if you’re not actively changing the world in a visible way. You are changing the world by changing yourself, by healing your inner world. The rest unfolds naturally. And we want to say that we are immensely proud of you. From our view, each of you has a unique frequency, like a soul signature, and just by emanating that, you fulfill a role that nobody else can. It can absolutely feed anxiety, because the world you knew seems to be quaking under your feet. But here is what we see from a higher vantage: all of this chaos is part of a great rebalancing. The old structures that were built on shaky foundations of greed or fear are indeed crumbling – and while that can look frightening, it is necessary to make space for something new and better. Try to remember that you chose to be here for exactly this time. On some level, you knew that you would witness the breakdown of old paradigms and be part of the breakthrough into new ones. The uncertainty in society is what actually sparks human hearts to awaken and unite. Notice how in times of crisis, the best of humanity often shines through – communities helping each other, individuals finding courage and creativity they didn’t know they had. The light is emerging in places you might not expect, and much goodness is growing beneath the surface of what the media shows. We encourage you to not feed too much on doom and gloom narratives; yes, be informed, but also seek stories of positive change, because they are there. And more importantly, focus on the reality you wish to create. You are powerful co-creators in this collective dream called Earth. When many of you envision a world of peace, sustainability, and unity, you tilt the scales toward that outcome. We assure you that the momentum of light is stronger than the remnants of darkness. It may not seem so on a given day, but over years and decades, the trajectory is toward ascension. It is often darkest before the dawn, and you, dear starseeds, are here to hold the lanterns that assure dawn will come. The Healing Meditation from the Council of Five
Before we close, here is a healing meditation from the Council of Five to the Collective that you can use to help ease your nervous system and high anxiety as this great reset of the Collective moves through its stages. We recommend doing this once a week or as you feel you need to: Take a slow breath… and another… and let your awareness rise gently to the space just above your brain, as though you are sitting inside the crown of your own head — a calm, luminous observer, resting in pure presence. Here, you are not the personality. You are not the name. You are not the story. You are the One who witnesses, the One who breathes your breath, the One who animates your form. And from this quiet, elevated perch inside yourself, let the words form gently within you: “Be still… be still… be still and know… I AM.” Feel the vibration of this within your head, rippling through neural pathways, softening any tightness behind the eyes, opening a corridor of peace in the mind.
Now let your awareness travel downward, from the inner crown into the inner space of your shoulders, and down through both arms as though you are looking through hollow beams of light. With gentle authority, speak again within: “Be still… be still and know I AM.” Allow the arms to loosen, give the wrists permission to unclench, soften the fingertips, and feel the nervous system melt downward. Then shift your inner gaze down the throat, into the chest, into the diaphragm — the wide open chamber of your emotional body — and speak again as the presence: “Be still… be still and know I AM here. I AM your breath. I AM your peace.” Feel the chest soften, the heart expand without effort, and the diaphragm release its old stories, its defenses, its bracing. You are calming the body not through force, but through recognition.
Now guide your inner perception down the back of the neck, through the spine, across the ribs and lower back, all the way to the hips, and speak inwardly: “Be still, beloved form. Be still and know I AM.” Let the spine settle, allow the back muscles to unclench, and feel the weight of the body being held, supported, governed by a presence deeper than the mind. Let your awareness continue flowing down inside both legs, from hips to knees to ankles to toes, as though you are looking through columns of light, and speak again: “Be still… be still and know I AM with you.” Let the legs release their tension, let the feet become heavy and rooted, and allow the lower chakras to open gently as the body receives the command of the soul.
And now, beloved one, in this whole-body stillness, feel the shift: where you once spoke to the body, you now feel the body being spoken to from within. The inner Presence — the I AM — begins addressing you: “I govern your breath. I govern your peace. I govern your healing. You are safe in Me. You are held in Me. You are never separate from Me.” Let these words settle into every layer — the muscles, the bones, the nervous system, the subtle field around you. This is the moment the body comes under divine ease — not through control, not through effort, but through surrender to the Presence that has always been here. Stay for a breath… and another… and as this 528 hertz tone holds you, feel the heart steady, the nervous system soften, and the body yield into peace. Beloved one, you have remembered: “Be still and know… I AM.” And so we are with you, and so it is.
