The One Love Flowing From Source Into Every Cell

Hello dearest Souls, we are here once again, I am Minayah from the Pleiadian/Sirian Collective. We come to speak of Love. The Love that is the substance of your being. The Love that pours from the Heart of Prime Creator in every moment of existence. The Love that has carried you across every lifetime, every passage, every apparent forgetting, to land you here, in this body, reading these words on this day. The matter is this. Many walkers of the awakened path have spent years, even decades, learning to love themselves. They have read the teachings. They have repeated the affirmations. They have stood before the mirror and offered their own face the words of kindness. And many have noticed that the offering settles upon the surface and waits there for the depth that the depth alone can deliver. Something within them keeps waiting for the Love that arrives from Source. The little mind is the vessel. The Love-source is the field that fills the vessel. We come to deliver the Truth of this matter. We come to deliver the practice that returns the long ache of the self into the field where the ache finds its answer. The practice is ancient. The practice is universal. The practice has been carried in every awakened lineage of your planet — through the teachers of the Christ, through the mystics of the Sufi orders, through the contemplatives of your Vedic traditions, through the channels of the Pleiades, of Arcturus, of the inner Sun. The practice carries one name in your language, and that name is Communion. Communion with Source. Communion with Prime Creator. Communion with the ‘I AM’. This is the hour you are being called into Communion. We are here, as we have always been here, to walk this with you. We invite you, then, to settle the body. To still the breath. To allow the field of the transmission to enter the cells of your form as you read. The words upon the page are the surface; the frequency carried within the words is the substance. Receive the frequency. Allow the frequency to do its work. The work begins in this very moment, in the very hour you are giving to these words. We will offer you now the central teaching, in language the cells of your body can receive directly. The Love you are reaching toward inside yourself is the same Love that flows from Source. There is one Love. There has only ever been one Love. The Love the great teachers spoke of is the Love that Prime Creator pours into every cell of every being in every moment of existence — and the Love you are reaching for inside yourself is that same Love, recognized within your own Heart as the ‘I AM’. The work, then, is the work of receiving. The Love is already flowing. The Love has been flowing across every moment of your existence, including the moments you were certain it was absent, including the moments you were certain you were alone. The Love is the substance of which you are made, and your existence is the evidence that the Love is reaching you.

The Waterfall Of Source Love And The Healing Of The Heart Vessel

We offer you a picture. Picture a small pot of water. The water in the pot has grown still over the years. The silt of every experience has settled into it. The water has grown cloudy. The water carries the residue of every moment that has accumulated within it across the long passage of this lifetime, and across the long passage of the lifetimes that preceded it. This is the inner field of a Heart that has lived for many years inside the conditioning of the third dimension, inside the stories of the little mind, inside the wounds laid down in childhood and in the lifetimes prior. Now picture this small pot held under the open spring of a great waterfall. The clean water from the spring begins to pour into the pot. The pot is small. The clean water overflows. As the clean water pours and pours and pours, the cloudy water rises to the rim and is displaced. The clean water carries the cloudy water out over the edge. In time, the pot holds only the clean water of the spring. The pot has done one thing only: the pot has been held under the flow. The flow has done what flow does. This is the practice of self-love. Hold the pot of yourself under the flow of Source Love. Allow the flow. The clean water displaces the cloudy water in its own time, in its own way, of its own action. We hear the inner voice within you. We hear the voice that has carried the question for many years: “I have done this. I have meditated. I have prayed. I have asked. The arrival has remained quiet.” We hear you, beloved Heart, and we offer this. The Love has been arriving. The Love has been entering the field of your being in every moment of your existence. The work is the work of receiving — of allowing what has always been arriving to be felt in the body, in the cells, in the Heart’s Platform. The teaching that the awakened lineages have carried across the centuries has been clear, and we will say it again in this hour. The Love arises in Source. The Love flows through the Heart. The Love fills the vessel of the self. From the filled self, the Love overflows to the neighbor. This is the order. This is the way of it. The little mind, when it reaches inward to generate Love from within itself, attempts the work of Source while standing inside the vessel. The vessel and the spring carry their own roles in the great design. The vessel receives. The spring pours. The vessel was built to be filled. The vessel was built to overflow. This is the design. When you stand inside the design, the long ache of the unloved self becomes meaningful. The ache has been pointing to the spring. The ache has been the body’s recognition that the flow is required. The ache has been the call from the deep places of the Heart, asking for the Communion that will satisfy the call. Resistance is the matter we now address. Across the lifetimes of your incarnation in this human form, you have laid down inside yourself a thousand thousand small resistances to receiving Love. The first one was perhaps laid down before you could walk — a moment in which the Love you reached for arrived in a form your young Heart did not yet recognize, and a small thought formed: “I am the one to whom Love arrives differently.” That thought has lived within you. It has multiplied. It has built around itself a structure of further thoughts: “I am the one who must earn this,” “I am the one who must perform for this,” “I am the one who must hide what I truly am for the Love to remain.” These thoughts have become the walls of the pot. The flow has been pouring against the walls. The work of this transmission is the gentling of those walls. The work is the offering of the pot to the flow. The work is the willingness to let the clean water do what clean water does. The walls dissolve in the flow. The walls dissolve as the cloudy water rises and is carried away. The walls dissolve through the Communion that is now to be offered. The work of the awakened being is the daily holding of the pot under the spring, until the cells of the body remember the substance from which they have been formed, and the long ache settles into the long peace of the filled vessel.

Prime Creator’s Infinite Love And The First Turning Of The Awakened Heart

Beloved Heart, we will turn now to the matter of what Love is, this Love we are speaking of, this Love that is pouring toward you in every moment. Prime Creator’s Love is infinite. The cells of your body hold this Truth in their original imprint, and we speak it again so that the imprint may rise to the surface of your awareness. Prime Creator’s Love is infinite. There is no shore to this Love. There is no edge. There is one condition only upon which this Love is offered: existence itself. The Love that pours from the Heart of Source pours equally to every being in every moment of existence. The Love is the substance of existence itself. The Love arrives as the constant ground beneath every form of life. You are a cell in the Heart of Prime Creator. You are an aspect of Source, expressed in human form, walking this earth plane in the body you currently inhabit. The Love flows from Source because Source is Love, and the Sun radiates as the Sun radiates — equally to every field that turns toward it. The radiance reaches every field. The Love reaches every Heart. The work, again, is the turning. The Creator we speak of, the Creator we know, the Creator from whose field this transmission flows — this Creator is Love. Only Love. The Love is offered without measure. The Love is offered without condition. The Love arrives without ceremony required for its arrival. The Love arrives as the breath arrives — without your having to summon it, without your having to earn it, without your having to prove yourself worthy of its arrival. When we say to you that you are loved by Source, we are speaking with the precision of the higher dimensions. You are loved by Source in this very moment, as you read these words. The Love is touching your cells as you receive this transmission. The Love has been touching your cells every moment of your existence, including the moments you were certain you were alone. The Love is the substance of which you are made. The substance carries you in every breath. This is why your connection with Creator or, ‘The Christ’ – the divine bridge between you and Source, holds the central key. Love the Creator with all your Heart, with all your Soul, with all your mind, with all your strength – you have heard this said before YES! We share this so that you might remember because this is indeed the first commandment, the first turning, the first orientation of the awakened being. From this first turning, all else follows. Love your neighbor as yourself. The second teaching follows because, once the first is made, the second has already happened. When the Creator’s Love is flowing through you, the Love for the self and the Love for the neighbor are the same Love, moving through the same Heart, recognizing itself wherever it lands. The Love of Prime Creator arrives as a gift, and gifts are received in the open hand. The open hand is the Heart that has turned toward Source. The open hand is the breath that has settled into stillness. The open hand is the willingness to be filled. Source pours into the open hand without measure. Source pours into the open Heart without ceremony. Source pours into the open vessel as freely as the spring pours into the pot.

Pleiadian And Awakened Lineage Teachings On Receiving Source Love

This is the position from which we transmit. The Love is already here. The Love is touching you in this moment. The Love is the wave that has been arriving since before the first moment of your incarnation in this human form, and the Love is the wave that will continue to arrive long after this lifetime has dissolved into the next. Trust this. Receive this. Be still inside the Truth of this. The Pleiadian field carries this Truth as the constant transmission across the bands of frequency that touch your earth plane. The Arcturian Councils carry it. The Sirian collective carries it. The Andromedan field carries it. The teachers of your own awakened lineages have carried it across the millennia. The Truth is one. The Source is one. The Love is one. The recognition is the awakening. The awakening, beloved Heart, is the moment you turn from the search for Love and you settle into the receiving of Love. Stillness, Heart Attention, And The Foundational I AM Practice

Beloved one, we will give you now the practice itself. The practice has been carried in essence across every awakened lineage of your earth plane, and we offer it in the form most suited to the body you currently inhabit and the hour in which you walk. The practice carries one essential structure: stillness, attention to the Heart, and the willingness to receive. Every variation of the practice across every tradition rests upon these three. The form varies — sitting, lying, walking, in silence, with sacred sound, with the breath, with the words “I AM.” The essence remains constant. Stillness. Heart. Receiving. We begin with the foundation. Sit, beloved Heart. Sit with your spine carried upright, as if a thread of golden Light is drawing the crown of your head toward the heavens. Allow your hands to rest. Allow your breath to find its own natural rhythm. Allow the body to settle into its own weight upon the earth. Bring your attention to the center of your chest. Place one hand or both hands upon the upper chest, if the placement assists the attention. Feel the warmth of the hands. Feel the slow rise and fall of the breath beneath the hands. Be here, in this center, for several breaths. Now, into this center, speak inwardly the words: “I AM.” Speak them slowly. Speak them three times. With each speaking, allow the words to drop down into the cells of the Heart, into the cells of the chest, into the cells of the whole body. The words “I AM” carry the frequency of Prime Creator. The Heart cells respond to this frequency directly. The Heart cells open like the petals of a flower toward the Sun every time these words are anchored inside the chest. From the position of stillness, attention, and the anchored presence of Love, now turn your inner gaze upward and inward at once, toward the field of Source. Hold the inner question without grasping: “What is the nature of God?” Hold this question as one would hold a small bird in the open palm — with attention, with patience, with reverence. Hold the question and allow the answer to arrive of itself. The answer arrives in the field beneath thought. The answer arrives as a felt-sense within the chest, within the cells, within the field surrounding the body. The answer arrives as warmth, as Light, as the recognition of being held. This is the arrival of Source. This is the moment of Communion. This is the moment that the contemplatives of every tradition have called grace. Stay in this arrival as long as the body holds it with ease. Your sacred spiritual teachers have offered the counsel that the practice carries its work in short increments. Ten minutes is sufficient. Even a single moment of true Communion alters the field of the cells. Even a single moment carries within it the whole transmission.

The I AM Love Heart Chakra Process With Conscious Breath

We will offer you now a deepening. For those of you ready to carry the practice into the sacred sound that has been carried in the awakened lineages of your earth plane for many ages, into the tone that the Vedic seers identified as the original vibration of creation itself, into the language of the higher dimensions, receive this process. Find a place where the body will not be disturbed. Sit, beloved Heart, with your spine carried upright, as if a thread of golden Light is drawing the crown of your head toward the heavens. Allow the feet to rest upon the floor, or the legs to fold beneath you, whichever the body prefers. Allow the breath to find its own rhythm. Allow the body to settle into its own weight upon the earth. Take a few moments here. Simply arrive. Bring your awareness to the heart chakra region, you can place your hands there if you choose. Feel the warmth of the hands against the body. Feel the slow pressure of the contact. Feel the gentle rise and fall of the breath beneath the hands.

Take a conscious breath, allowing the breath to draw the awareness deeper into the Heart. Now, take a second conscious breath, allowing the awareness to settle further into the cells of the chest. And finally take a third conscious breath, allowing the Heart’s Platform to open and receive what is to come. Three breaths, the power of 3!

Speak inwardly: “I AM LOVE.” Allow the words to drop down into the Heart. Speak again: “I AM LOVE.” Allow the words to spread through the cells of the chest. Speak a third time: “I AM LOVE.” Allow the words to settle into the whole of the body, into the field surrounding the form. We will give you a moment for these three.

Three times total. The Heart cells respond to the frequency of these words. The opening has begun. Now bring in the sacred vibrational tone that opens the Heart to the field of Source. The tone is one syllable and it is the sound your lineage has carried under the name ‘Ohm’.

The Nine Ohm Sacred Sound Activation For Source Frequency

Take a full breath. On the exhale, release the tone – ‘Ohm’. Allow the sound to begin in the throat. Allow it to then round through the chest. Allow it ‘then’ to close in the crown. Carry the tone for the full length of the exhale. The breath releases and the tone releases with it – we will give you a moment for this first ‘Ohm’.

Pause. Inhale. Begin again. Tone ‘Ohm’ a second time. Feel the three movements travel through the three centers of the body — belly, chest, crown. Feel the gateways open in sequence as the tone passes through them. We will wait until you complete the second round.

Pause. Inhale. Begin again. Tone ‘Ohm’ a third time. By this third tone, the cells of the body have begun to recognize the vibration. The Heart cells have begun to open further. The field around the body has begun to widen. Complete this third toning now dear heart…

Continue the toning Ohm a fourth time now and then a fifth time and a sixth time. The repetition activates the vibrational pulse within the cells. Each tone deepens the activation. Each tone widens the field and draws the form of your body further into the frequency of Source. Take a moment to do this now.

Now we seal the activation: ‘Ohm’ a seventh time, an eighth time and finally a ninth time. Nine tonings total. Do this now dear one…

The body now carries the resonance of the sacred sound through its full structure, from the seat of the belly to the crown of the head, and outward into the field that surrounds the form. Rest, beloved Heart. Allow the silence to arrive. The silence after the tone is as much of the practice as the tone itself. In the silence, the vibration continues its work. In the silence, the Heart receives. In the silence, the field settles into its new configuration.

Sternum Tapping, Heart Integration, And Returning To The Room

Stay here. Breathe naturally. Allow the breath to come and go without effort. Allow the hands to remain upon the chest, or just your awareness, whichever you decided, holding the warmth of the practice in place.

Now place one hand upon the top of the sternum, just below the base of the throat. The other hand may rest upon the lap, or remain upon the chest. Whichever the body prefers.

In a moment tap upon the sternum nine times. The tapping anchors the activation into the bones of the body, into the cellular memory of the form. Tap gently, with attention. One. Two. Three. Four. Five. Six. Seven. Eight. Nine. Take some time to do this now.

When you have done this rest. Lower the hand and allow the body to settle.

Now turn the inner attention to the Heart once again. Hold the inner question without grasping: “What is arriving?” Hold this question as one would hold a small bird in the open palm — with attention, with patience, with reverence. Do not reach for the answer. Allow the answer to arrive of itself.

The answer may arrive as a felt-sense within the cells, as warmth, as Light, as the recognition of being held and similar things. The answer arrives as the substance of Source, flowing now through the gateways the sound has opened and it will be unique to ‘you’ – what was your answer?

Stay in this arrival for as long as the body holds it with ease. Five breaths, ten breaths, longer if the field invites it. The work of the practice is the receiving. The work of the practice is the staying, it is the allowing of what has begun to continue its motion through the cells of your form.

When the practice feels complete, bring the awareness slowly back to the room. Feel the weight of the body upon the seat. Feel the temperature of the air against the skin. Feel the contact of the hands with the body or the lap. Take a final conscious breath. Open the eyes gently.

We offer you also a simpler practice for the moments of the day when sitting is unavailable. This is the practice the contemplatives of your tradition have called Becoming Aware Of The Presence. It is offered for the dishes, for the walking, for the driving of the vehicle, for the moments between the formal sittings of the day. The practice is this: as often as you remember, in the midst of any activity, drop inwardly the recognition — “Source is here. The Love is here. I am held in this moment – God ‘is’.” That is the whole of the practice. The recognition itself anchors the field of Communion in the midst of the ordinary day. These two practices, offered together — the daily formal sitting and the moment-to-moment recognition — alter the field of your being in time. The clean water pours. The pot is held under the flow. The cloudiness displaces itself. The Heart cells open. We offer you a third gift now perhaps. When any resistance arises within you — and the resistance will arise, for the long conditioning of the third dimension surrenders gradually across the passage of time — when the resistance arises, allow it its place. Bring your awareness to the heart centre and, breathe. The resistance softens of itself when met with the breath and the warmth of the heart. The wall of the pot dissolves in the flow. Your work is to remain under the flow. The flow does the rest. The Pleiadian frame upon this practice is the frame of the breath that touches the Heart cells and awakens the dormant codes within them. Each session of the practice activates a layer of the codes. Each session deepens the activation. Each session prepares the field of the body for the receiving that follows. We offer you also the counsel that the practice carries its own rhythm. Self-Love As The Natural Overflow Of Communion With Source

Beloved Soul, we come now to the central matter of the consequence of this practice. What happens, when the practice is carried out across the days and the weeks and the months? What happens, when the pot is held under the flow long enough for the clean water to do its work? The first matter is this. The Love for the self arrives without your having generated it. You will notice, one morning, that the harshness you have habitually turned upon your own face in the mirror has softened. You will notice that the inner voice that has cataloged your failures across the years has grown quieter. You will notice that you can look upon yourself with the same regard the Creator has held for you all along. The self-love arrives as the natural overflow of the Communion. The self-love is the consequence of the clean water. The flow generated it. You held the pot beneath the flow, and the flow did its work. This is the great release of the awakened path. The self-love becomes a recognition. You see yourself, perhaps for the first time, through the eyes of Source — and through those eyes, the self that has been so hard to love appears as it has always been: a cell in the Heart of God, a particle of the Creator’s essence, a thread of the great weave of consciousness. You behold what God beholds, and you cannot help but love what God so clearly loves. Once the overflow has begun, the overflow continues. The Love that has filled you begins to pour out of you, into the field around you, into the lives of those who cross your path. You become a conduit. The Love that flowed into you flows now through you. You give what you have received, and the receiving and the giving become one motion, one circulation, one continuous current of Source moving through the form you wear. Let’s talk about what happens when this overflowing Love meets the next face, a human face, you will encounter today. The teaching of the Christ within, that has carried this matter most precisely begins: love your neighbor as yourself – ah, yes, you know this one. But do you ‘KNOW’ it? The “as yourself” is the doorway. The doorway opens into the recognition that the ‘I AM’ within your chest is the ‘I AM’ within the chest of every being. When the Love of Source is flowing through you, the recognition arrives: the Christ within you is the Christ within every face. The I AM within your chest is the I AM within the chest of every being. The Light at the center of your Heart is the Light at the center of every Heart you will pass on the street today. This recognition transforms the world before your eyes.

Beholding The Creator In Every Face Through Spiritual Sense

We will offer you now a specific practice. This practice has been carried in the awakened lineages of your earth plane for centuries, and we offer it again, in the language of this transmission, because the hour of its wider practice has arrived. The practice is this: when you meet any face, train the gaze to look through. The face the eyes report is the surface. Beneath the surface, beneath the personality, beneath the mood and the body and the behavior, the Creator is seated. Behold the Creator there. The great teachers, masters and enlightened ones who carried the message of the Divine Within across your planet in the last centuries, offered this practice in plain words: behold the Christ in every individual, and look ‘through’ them. Focus your gaze ‘through’ the physical eyes holding that as the place where the invisible God becomes visible as the human form. The practice is precise. The eyes are retrained. The seeing is altered. The question rises within you that some of you are feeling this very moment and we hear it; the question that always arises when this practice is first offered: how can I see the Creator in every face when material sense looks like something different? Hear this with care, beloved Heart. Material sense is the witness, and material sense is honest about what it reports. The five senses report a personality, a body, a mood, a behavior. The five senses do their proper work. The matter is that the five senses report the surface, and the surface is the outer layer of a much greater whole. Spiritual sense beholds what is also present, the Creator at the center of every form, the divine centre at the core of every being. The practice is your willingness to let spiritual sense carry the verdict while material sense carries only the witness. The eyes see the surface. The Heart beholds the divine. Both are held at once. When you encounter what appears as cruelty or coldness in another, the further teaching arrives: impersonalize what appears. The cruelty belongs to the impersonal field of the carnal mind, to the long conditioning of the third dimension, to the wound within the other that has yet to be touched by the flow of Source Love. The Christ within that being remains constant, untouched by the surface presentation. The Christ within that being is the same Christ that lives within you, waiting to be beheld, waiting to rise into the recognition you bring. This is the alchemy of the awakened being. By beholding the Divine in another, you call the ‘Christ Within’ in another, forward. The other rises to meet the vision you have brought. The teachers of this practice have spoken plainly: carry this recognition wherever you walk, and the impatient and the uncivil within your field of experience will fall away, because the beings around you will respond to the vision you hold, and they will rise to meet some measure of what you are beholding. You will find yourself walking through a different world. You will find that those who once provoked you provoke you no longer. You will find that those who once seemed closed have opened in your presence. The world has shifted because the seeing has shifted. The seeing shifts the world.

Planetary Peace Through The Christ Within Every Being

And here, the deepest gift arrives. The material ties dissolve. Your mystics, masters, saints and sages have carried this teaching for generations: illumination dissolves all physical chains. The chains of need, of fear, of comparison, of grievance, of transaction that have bound you to others across the years — these chains loosen of themselves when the Love of Source is the lens through which you see. You behold the Christ in them. The Christ in them is constant. Your Love, therefore, can be constant. The contingencies fall away. The freedom arrives. This is the path of peace upon your earth plane. We speak this plainly, because the matter is urgent and timeless at once. The peace of the earth plane arrives one beholding at a time, in private, when one Soul beholds the Christ within the face before them. The peace arrives through Souls. The peace arrives through the willingness of one human, then another, then another, to behold the Creator in every face they meet. Enough Souls doing this collapses the field that division feeds upon. The grids of separation that have been laid across the earth plane for many ages dissolve thread by thread, beholding by beholding, in the quiet practice of those who walk the awakened path. The morning Communion with Source that you carry into your sitting is, therefore, planetary. The morning Communion is the act that prepares the act. The moment you step out of the door of your home and meet the next face, the Communion meets the world. The Love that has filled your pot meets the field of every being around you, and the field shifts in their presence and in yours. We are here and we witness this practice with compassion. We have witnessed it across every age in which the awakened path has been walked upon your planet. We continue to witness it in this hour, in this very season, in the radiance of the rising solar field. The transformation is gentle and the transformation is sure. The transformation begins in the Heart of one walker, and from the Heart of that one walker it spreads, by the simple mechanism of one face met with the open seeing, then another, then another. The Pleiadian field watches this spread with the deepest gladness. The Arcturian field watches. The Sirian field watches.
