În fiecare zi există o chemare tăcută către un nou început, către un nume mai adevărat, către o lumină care încă știe drumul spre casă. Și poate că tocmai aceste binecuvântări mici ne șoptesc cel mai limpede: rădăcinile tale nu s-au uscat, iar râul vieții încă se mișcă încet înaintea ta, chemându-te înapoi spre ceea ce ești cu adevărat.


Cuvintele pot deveni uneori ca o ușă întredeschisă, ca o amintire blândă sau ca o lumină mică lăsată aprinsă pentru suflet. Ele ne cheamă înapoi spre centru, spre inima noastră, spre locul unde iubirea și încrederea se pot întâlni fără teamă și fără grabă. Oricât de mult zgomot ar exista în jur, fiecare ființă poartă încă înăuntru o scânteie vie care nu a încetat să strălucească. Fiecare zi poate fi trăită ca o rugăciune simplă, nu prin așteptarea unui semn uriaș, ci prin a ne permite să stăm câteva clipe în liniștea propriei respirații, aici și acum. În această prezență modestă, ceva se ușurează. Ceva se reașază. Dacă ani întregi ne-am spus că nu suntem destui, poate că acum putem învăța să rostim mai blând și mai adevărat: sunt aici, și pentru acest moment este suficient. Din această șoaptă începe să crească o nouă pace, o nouă tandrețe și o nouă binecuvântare pentru tot ceea ce urmează.
