Çdo ditë mund ta kalojmë si një lutje të re – pa pritur një shenjë të madhe nga qielli; mjafton t’i lejojmë vetes disa çaste në heshtjen e dhomës së zemrës sonë, pa frikë, pa nxitim, duke numëruar frymën që hyn dhe frymën që del. Në atë praninë e thjeshtë ne tashmë e lehtësojmë paksa barrën e tokës. Nëse për vite të tëra ia kemi pëshpëritur vetes “unë nuk jam kurrë mjaftueshëm”, në këtë vit mund të mësojmë t’i themi butë me zërin tonë të vërtetë: “Tani jam plotësisht këtu, dhe kjo mjafton.” Në atë pëshpëritje të butë, brenda nesh fillon ngadalë të mbijë një ekuilibër i ri, një butësi e re, një hir i ri.
